Copper Creek Elementary End of School Party!

Copper Creek had a end of year carnival complete with blow up slides and a movie at the end. We decided to go as a family and show our support for the new school.

Reece, Sadie and Dad enjoyed the big slide. Some more than others.

Travis and the boys are super excited about the new Mixed Martial Arts place that we discovered at the carnival and will be starting lessons this summer.

So you might be asking why there aren't any pictures of Landon and Dayton especially since this is THEIR school and this is suppose to be THEIR party? Well, it turns out that Landon and Dayton have reached the magical age of where it isn't cool to hang out with your parents and little brother and sister at the school carnival. So upon arrival and us buying the tickets they immediately ditched us and went with their friends. No worries, no hard feelings, Travis and I will just adjust our Last Will and testament accordingly and we will see who is laughing in the end. Mwahahahahaha!

Reece preschool party!

Reece had an end of the year preschool party where we went to a puppet play and then the Spaghetti Factory after for lunch. It started out okay but then....
Reece started in with one of these......
then this......
and finally this....
Sadie is like her mom and doesn't have much of a poker face and wasn't impressed. Can you tell?
Finally ending with all the preschoolers running amok at the restaurant. Sounds pretty much like what you would expect. Good times had by all.

It's good we had a bib on!

Sleepy Girl

Reece's 3 year old preschool

Even though there were only a few months left in the school year Reece needed something fun to do so when we got to Arizona we signed him up for preschool at the Peace Lutheran preschool. He loved it and he had a great teacher Ms. Shuster. He will return there in August for the "official" 4 year old preschool. He wanted me to do his hair "spiky" so even though it was a bit long I did. He is cute no matter what!

Reece and Sadie Ann

As I was uploading my photos onto my computer I came across several photos that brought a smile to my face. Reece and Sadie really do love each other. Hopefully as they get older this bond will get stronger. A mother can hope. I love my little ones.

Mesa Temple visit

Travis, Landon and myself were lucky enough to be able to attend a broadcast of the Gila Valley Temple dedication here in Arizona. I've been to a few dedications and it is always such a wonderful thing. The next day while Landon and Dayton were still in school I decided to take the littles and visit the Mesa temple grounds. It was a beautiful day.

It's the Melvers!

We are so lucky to have the Melver's stop by when they were in Arizona. Josh was in Arizona for work and being the romantic he is he flew Kristin out for a few days to be with him. Ohhh, so nice. I got an email from them Sunday morning saying they were here and would love to come by later if it's okay. OKAY? HELLO! YOU BETTER COME BY! It was fun to visit and hear about their recent China trip and other adventures they always have going on. Of course the time went too fast and the duties of life said it was time for them to go but we are so glad they came. (Let this be a lesson to you all, if you are in Arizona and don't stop by I will hunt you down!)

As the Melver's pulled out of our driveway I suddenly remembered "I need a picture!" So I flagged them down and they came back for the photo op. We love you guys. Come back soon!

Josh and Kristin are some of our BFF's and we miss you so much already. I'm so thankful for the times (and future times) we have had to be get to know each other.
